2021 MOU Negotiations | One Team. One Mission.

Dear Members,

The FCPSA team would like to hear from you as soon as possible. We are requesting information for our upcoming MOU negotiations with the County of Fresno.

Please utilize the below field to provide us your input on your MOU contract. Please be reasonable with your submissions and keep them concise.

In addition, we ask that you contact a FCPSA representative to provide us your household information (gender and DOB's) and insurance information for the purposes of finding similar health insurances at a substantial savings by using an alternate broker. In addition to healthcare, salaries, night differential, weekend differential, longevity pay for our senior staff, uniform allowance, hospital overtime assignment, pandemic differential pay, JJC realignment differential pay are just some of the items being introduced.
